The houses are located in Santa Luzia, next to the Pico Island Vineyard Landscape, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
In Santa Luzia you can see the lava fields of Lajido, the vineyard corrals planted in the crevices of the basalt slabs, the fig tree corrals, the diversity of local fauna and flora, the Pico mountain, the islands of Faial and São Jorge.
The houses have been rebuilt in keeping with traditional architecture, built in basalt stone, with all the comforts of modernity inside.
